The Story of Silent Night

I created this story of “Silent Night” in 2020, an inspiration from a trip that we had taken on the River Danube and visits to various Christmas markets. One trip ashore took me up to Salzburg Austria and eventually to the small village of Oberndorf where to story of Silent Night and the composers of Gruber and Mohr was told. There was even a tiny chapel and an opportunity for us to congregate to listen to a beautiful performance of this Christmas favourite.
